? Provide L1 and L2 supports to remote end users for their IT services issues,
? Accountable to monitor 5000+ Servers spread across different remote site 24X7.
? Installation, Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting Server and Hardware problems remotely.
? Granting / revoking access of users to Servers and Printer and account lockout, password expiry.
? Responsible to monitor the Infrastructure through SCOM console.
? Manage the Incident or Service request (CRQ) through REMEDY / Service now, approach to user provide resolution under SLA.
? User Management in Active Directory (User Creation / Deletion / Modification/ password reset).
? Creating OU, Users and Groups in Active Directory.
? Installation of monthly patches, software’s and to mitigate the vulnerability.
? Accountable for case logs and case follow up with HPE/ Dell for hardware support..
? Antivirus Installation/Repair – Semantic/ MacAfee etc.
? Responsible to enlarge VM hard disk, CPU and Disk cleanup.
? Installation and Configuration of Network Printer, Share drive, and operating systems.
? IT vendor co-ordination for IT repair and maintenance activities
? Data recovery and data backup with help of central team
? Knowledge to track and resolve tickets in Service Now and BMC Remedy.
? Tracking emails properly, and taking follow-up as per recruitment.?
